To come to live the expression of the heart, it is needed to know who you are and overcome suffering.
There are various causes of suffering. Here are the five most common ones:
1. Not knowing who we are
2. Attachment: Clinging to things that are impermanent and having expectations
3. Aversion: Trying to avoid things that are not real
4. Identifying with the ego and creating separate realities
5. Fear of death
There are various practices to get to be who we really are. They are all interwoven and to be seen in unison.
We invite you to join us in the practice of Asana Yoga, a practice of poses meant to steady and purify body and mind, supported Meditation based on the Conciousness of Buddha, Christ and Maria Magdalene, to explore the “what is” with the Intention of Realization, and QiGong, a Chinese exercise and healing technique for mastering your energies.
